Metto volontariamente online l’accesso a tutti i video di tutti i prodotti magic secret in cambio.

Compatible only with IOS version 11.0 and above and Android 4.0 and above.

The application does not recognize the QR code?

Remember to flash the QR code on the flyer inside the box.

The application is not activated. I am still blocked at the level of information, surname first name date of birth ?

You will need to complete all of the information fields to proceed to the next step.

I’m trying to take the photo of the QR code on the flyer inside the box, but the app doesn’t recognize it?

Check your camera settings. If it does not work well you will have to use the application on another medium.

I bought a new box, what should l do?

Click on the “add a box” tab at the bottom right and flash your new code.

I can’t see the explanations I only see the demonstrations?

The explanations tab is located next to the demonstration tab, just click on it to open the demonstration videos.

I cannot download the application?

Once l click on the downloadable app link on google play or mac, the app continuously loads. Make sure you have enough space on your phone or tablet and then repeat the operation. The problem may be with your internet access. Check your connection and repeat the operation. At this stage it can only be a concern coming from your mobile or internet operator.
